WHAT IS THERAPY?

We offer mental health services to teens and adults that are collaborative, confidential, and compassionate. We work with a wide-array of emotional pain and clinical diagnoses. Using a non-judgmental and collaborative approach, we help you address issues such as trauma, anxiety, stress, coping, relationship concerns, and major life decisions. The goal of our work together is to provide relief from your suffering and create a life that is based on the things that you value most.

 

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

If your struggling with determining what to talk about in therapy or whether it is right for you, that’s OK! This is a common experience that we all can have. The reality is that the types of things people talk about in therapy are endless, and really just depend on your unique experiences and what you need at that moment. Teens

In sessions, teens can process the challenges common to the their world to support greater personal growth and development. All caregivers of teens will be required to participate in ongoing consultation to help us have a holistic view of areas of concern, growth, and resources. We can provide psychoeducation and emotional coaching so caregivers can help their loved ones identify and express their feelings, practice healthy boundaries, and use assertive communication.

Adults

In sessions, adult clients are supported as they navigate life transitions, adjust to new responsibilities and roles, and evaluate the influence of significant life events and relationships. We will individualize therapy in order to to empower adults to reconnect with their core value and wisdom to live a more meaningful, resilient, and balanced life.
